Organisers and accredited news media will take photos during the International Conference & Workshop REMOO-2019. By attending the conference you acknowledge these activities and grant RENECON International permission to use images for publications, official website and marketing materials. You waive all claims against RENECON International for any liability resulting from these uses. Only RENECON International and from Organisers accredited journalists are permitted to video and audio-tape sessions. Individuals recording sessions without prior permission from RENECON International or without proper media credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately.
Name badges are required for all REMOO-2019 International Conference & Workshop Sessions including the Exhibition / Poster Session and for lunches and for Cocktail Dinner as well. Cell phones must be turned off in all Oral Sessions. No organised activities connected to REMOO-2019 Theme (even off-site) other than those approved by RENECON International are allowed during the days of the REMOO-2019.
Beside above mentioned Events, only registered participants get access to:
Book of Abstracts (with ISBN) of Invited Speeches / Lectures, Presentations and Posters in electronic form, by end of March 2019,
Proceeding (with ISBN) of Full Papers in electronic form, after the conference.
The programme provides enough time and opportunities for Invited Speakers and participants / authors of Contributed Works for discussions and to share information and ideas.

A benchmark of transient 2-phase flow simulation codes will be organised with different transient as used in 2018. It is opportunity for participants to test code(s) capability to predict onset of dryout as well as post-dryout heat transfer phenomena in a boiling water rod bundle geometry under realistic conditions. In accordance with authors’ preferences (expressed on the Registration Form) and depending on relevance, importance and significance of studied theme, level of hearing interest, originality and practical utility the authors of Contributed Works will be given a chance to present their work as oral Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (up to 15 minutes per presentation + 5 minutes for Q & A) in one of the conference rooms.
Opportunity for the authors to exhibit their Contributed Works as Posters; In addition, a separate time-slot, not parallel to any other one, will provide an extra opportunity for author to present the Work in front of the Poster to the audience coming to see it and to have dialogues.
To recognise an outstanding research / achievement and the quality of the full paper as well as the quality and the layout of the poster the members of the Programme & Scientific Committee will deliver Certificates and Trophies to authors for the best paper and for the best poster.

New Tracks &
MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT of the conference rooms includes wireless broadband internet access, LED projector and screen, and advanced audio-visual aids. One LAPTOP is available in each conference room.
PLENARY SPEECH as well as KEYNOTE LECTURE lasts up to 40 minutes leaving about 5 minutes for short discussion.
ORAL PRESENTATION should last up to 15 minutes leaving about 4 minutes for Q & A. Presenters are obliged to bring the USB stick with either MS PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe (.pdf) presentation to the Registration Desk staff in the morning when their presentation is scheduled. There is no template for the oral presentations, so that any one may be used.
Authors of POSTERS have to bring their Posters to the Registration Desk staff in the morning of the first conference day before 08:15 am. Some guidances for the preparation of Posters may be found here.
