A selection of Invited Speeches, Oral Presentations and the best Contributed Works from the Exhibition / Poster Session after review will be published free of costs in the International Journal on Contemporary ENERGY (ISSN: 2363-6440 / DOI: 10.14621/ce.).
Organisers and accredited news media will take photos during the International Conference & Workshop REMOO-2018. By attending the conference you acknowledge these activities and grant RENECON International permission to use images for publications, official website and marketing materials. You waive all claims against RENECON International for any liability resulting from these uses. Only RENECON International and from Organisers accredited journalists are permitted to video and audio-tape sessions. Individuals recording sessions without prior permission from RENECON International or without proper media credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately.
Name badges are required for all REMOO-2018 International Conference & Workshop Sessions including the Exhibition / Poster Session and for lunches and for Cocktail Dinner as well. Cell phones must be turned off in all Oral Sessions. No organised activities connected to REMOO-2018 Theme (even off-site) other than those approved by RENECON International are allowed during the days of the REMOO-2018.

Proceedings (with ISBN) of Presentations, Posters and Full Papers in electronic form (in agreement with Lecturers and Authors of Posters)
The Book of Abstracts in printed form will be distributed On-Site at the Registration Desk and the Proceeding will be available in electronic form for all registered participants after the Conference.
The programme provides enough time and opportunities for Invited Speakers and participants / authors of Contributed Works for discussions and to share information and ideas.

Authors’ Registration Form
The Expert Committee will prepare description of geometry as well as initial and boundary conditions with forcing functions for the set of experimentally measured data during single-phase and two-phase flow in transient. The participants having interest to take part in this Blind Test has to be registered for the Conference and will be provided with all necessary data except measured parameters of the transient, which will be specified and have to be calculated. Participants are free to select the calculation programs and tools. Submitted calculation results will be compared with measured data and the comparisons will be announced and commented fully anonymously by the Expert Committee at the conference during a special Blind Test Session, so that only the author will know his own results, comparisons and comments. Each participant will receive a Certificate and the best simulation will be awarded by Trophy.

In accordance with authors’ preferences (expressed on the Registration Form) and depending on relevance, importance and significance of studied theme, level of hearing interest, originality and practical utility the authors of Contributed Works will be given a chance to present their work as oral Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (up to 15 minutes per presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A) in one of the conference rooms.
Introductory speech on current and burning theme presented by invited international eminent expert followed by Panel Discussion Session with participants.
Opportunity for the authors to exhibit their Contributed Works as Posters; In addition, a separate time-slot, not parallel to any other one, will provide an extra opportunity for author to present the Work in front of the Poster to the audience coming to see it and to have dialogues.
To recognize an outstanding research / achievement and the quality of the oral presentation as well as the quality and the layout of the poster the special Expert Committee will deliver Certificates and Trophies to authors for the best oral presentation, for the best paper and for the best poster during the awarding ceremony.
