It is the delegate's responsibility to check the Entry Visa requirements in time. Those who require an Entry Visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.
Obtained Invitation Letter does not guarantee an Entry Visa.
Except force majeure circumstances, the Registration Fee minus a handling fee of 70 EUR will be refunded after the Conference only if the Visa was applied for in time and proof is shown that an Entry Visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted.
A refund for any additional items ordered (e.g. special Get Together Dinner ticket, etc.) can not be made. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Organiser.

Individuals requiring an official Invitation Letter from the Organiser can request this by checking the appropriate box in the Registration Form.
To receive Invitation Letter, delegate must first register for the conference, pay in full and submit required supporting documents (if applicable) before an Invitation Letter will be issued.
The Invitation Letter will be issued by the Conference Organisers or Partner and does not financially obligate the Organisers or Partner in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Group Registration is only applicable to registration of 5 persons or more. Any group registrations received with less than 5 persons will be rejected and a request made for each individual participant to register directly through their own conference profile.
Group members have reduced Registration Fees for 15%.
Remember, the number of Participants, Posters, Exhibitors and Guests on
the Networking Buffet Dinner is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis !!!

Reduced Student Fees are valid only for undergraduate and graduate (Master) students (NOT for PhD students) - proof of Student status MUST be sent together with the Registration Form.
In order to participate in the Conference, Co-Author(s) has(have) to pay the “Only participation” Registration Fee.
One day Registration is not available.
Cancellation is not allowed, and return of payment is not possible.
Reduced Registration Fees for student(s) and group cannot be combined.
The Registration Fee does not include money transfer fees and bank charges - so, please add them when make transactions (otherwise we will send you an additional Invoice for these costs).
One Oral Presentation is to be made for one Registration.
If the completed Registration Form, the payment in full and the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received before or latest due Friday, 29th March 2019, a conference map and other materials (i.e. badge, Book of Abstract, optional ticket for special Get Together Networking Dinner) are guaranteed.
Conference maps with materials will only be On-Site distributed at the registration desk.
If the completed Registration Form and/or the full payment and/or the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received after Friday, 29th March 2019 (including On-Site registrations), the Organisers do not guarantee that a conference map and other materials will be available.

The Conference Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons (spouses) covers everything stated above except receiving Conference Materials, as well as electronic form of the Book of Abstracts and Proceeding.
The Conference Registration Fee for Authors, Co-Authors and Participants covers admission to all plenary, panel and keynote speeches and to all presentations, the Exhibition / Poster Session, Coffee Breaks, and receiving Conference Materials, as well as electronic form of the Book of Abstracts and Proceeding.
Attendance at the Conference is not obligatory in order to participate in the optional Blind Test Calculation Workshop (BTW).

May also be registered for the Conference, either as the Author (if also submitting the conference abstract / paper) or as the Participant to the Conference.
In this case the evaluation of the calculated results will be electronically sent to the author of the benchmark.
The BTW Registration Fee includes getting all necessary data for calculations, review and judging of calculated results by the Expert Committee, as well as getting specified measured data of the transient after the BTW.
